Returns/Exchanges

Returns Policy

Please read carefully.

All full price Returns will be issued a Credit if approved.

All returns must be sent within 14 days of being received.

Full priced items returned will be processed with a credit in the form of a Gift Voucher only.

The customer covers the cost of returning items to ZAPHIRE.

Sales items can not be Returned. Please choose carefully.

Items must be in Original condition (unworn, unwashed, no makeup marks or perfume scents, tags and buttons attached.

Please contact us via info@zaphire.com.au with your RETURN before sending. Include Return in Subject heading and write Reason for Return in Body of Email.

All parcels not collected or sent back (Returned to Sender) will result in a $25 charge being deducted from your store credit as this is what Aust. Post charges for parcels returned this way.

Any items received by ZAPHIRE that have not followed these instructions will be Returned to You.

Once we have received your parcel, inspected and approved it, we will issue you a Credit Note and it will be valid for 3 months from approval.

We recommend you use a traceable delivery service for you return. Keep a record of the tracking number as ZAPHIRE is not held responsible for any parcels lost in transit.

We try to process all returns within 3 business days of receiving your items.

Please check your cart before checking out as we cannot change your order once it has been placed.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the instance that your item has a Fault we will replace it with the same item. If you decide you no longer want the item, it will be considered as a change of mind purchase and a Credit will be issued. Please contact us at info@zaphire.com.au with the Fault before sending. Include Fault and Invoice No. in Subject heading and describe Fault in body of Email. Please also include Photos. We will cover Return postage costs for items inspected and considered Faulty (tags must still be attached) Please Note the only time a Refund will be issued is if we can not Replace or Repair the faulty garment with the original purchase or the Repair is considered a Major Fault. Please follow Care instructions correctly. Items that have not followed care instructions are not considered a manufacturing fault.

Recommended Care Instructions

All garments are considered delicate and may be damaged if not cared for correctly. Care instructions can be found in the description of each product. We Recommend COLD HAND WASH and LINE DRY.

Returns on International Order

We do not cover postage for International Orders. The customer is responsible for any Custom Duties and taxes the items may incur when being shipped to their country. Please research the duties and taxes on International shipping for your country before contacting us with a Return.
